Send email, letters, phone calls. > Last week: Matt Entenza had a House of Rep. lawyer call me, Julie Kirchner, who asked what the EQB issues were: (Test not in SCOPE of EIS, test kept secret, test exceeds thresholds) and What do we want to accomplish: *Hearing to find out which rules were violated. *Enforcement of rules. *Enforcement of EIS process, as the "Test" is outside of process. She will look into the issue for Entenza to contact EQB. > City Council members Lantry and Benanav said they will contact the EQB to enforce the Ayd Mill EIS rules. > City Council member Harris will not ask EQB to enforce rules, Harris did support asking for bikes and peds during two lane test phase. No word from Blakey or Coleman. > Senator Cohen is a real politician. His pattern: say he will do something, then not do it.
